Abstract
An attempt is made to explain the reasons for the formation of abnormally high values of losses in the steel deep saturation mode . A mathematical model of the iron loss , which is different given the time lag magnetizing inductance of the magnetizing current . Model will be visible in the form of block diagrams linking winding current , inductance and its losses in the steel, and is important in understanding the processes of dynamic magnetization reversal electrical steel. An expression for the determination of iron loss on the basis of the nonlinear dynamics of domain structures and their non-uniform motion at different cycles of magnetization reversal. The dependence obtained for the determination of the iron loss of the asynchronous machine provides high convergence of calculated and experimental data, which is necessary for the development of asynchronous electric systems operating in deep saturation mode.
