Abstract
Using modern means of automation enables the required heat output of the heating system of buildings and weather dependent change. Analysis of regulatory documents revealed three groups of requirements which must be satisfied with any building heating system. For an assessment of efficiency of actions for regulation of power of systems of heating as the main indicator the specific daily expense of thermal energy on the heating of various buildings given to the valid temperatures of internal and external air, and also duration of the heating period is used. As a result of the analysis indicators of work of systems of heating of three educational cases of university are defined and the conclusion is drawn on classes of their energy efficiency. It is also established that at working off of the lowered temperature schedules by remote control of thermal points of certain buildings demanded values of their thermal power and, respectively, necessary level of thermal comfort in rooms in working hours are provided.
