Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine spatial and cultural changing in Bakırköy district.Archaelogical investigation have proved that Bakırköy’s(Hebdomon) settlement history goes back to the Roman Period(2nd century AD).But most of historical buildings were destroyed as a result of spatial development. So that Bakırköy does not included cultural tours in İstanbul.
