Abstract
Post-modern and global processes reshape the ways of defining the societies. In this context, current socio-political perception and construction style has begun to be defined through multiculturalism and identity differences. A transformation within this framework makes itself evident in Turkey. However, multiculturalism fact has been defined on the basis of philosophic and political database of West which could be regarded as homogenous socio-politically. This is not enough to express multiculturalism fact of the ancient East societies which are heterogenous sociologically. Basicaly this study will help us to examine the facilities of multiculturalism in the ancient East-Islam societies which have social and cultural heterogenous richness such as Midyat
