Abstract
Analysis of factors influencing on the thermal losses of civil buildings is made. The structure of the heat loss through the building envelope of individual school buildings is received. The calculation of the reduced thermal resistance of building envelopes, window frames made of wood and PVC on example educational buildings Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University is done. Thermographing survey found that due to thermal insulation the slopes around the perimeter of the window can be achieved by increasing the total resistance in heat transfer. Analysis of the results of the thermal imaging survey of educational buildings allowed to determine their current thermal performance. Comparative analysis of measures for thermal renovation buildings is made. The range of reduce heat losses university buildings by replacing the set of window designs is set. The measures to reduce energy consumption with minimal capital investment are proposed. The results obtained by the research can be used in the development and im-provement of energy certificates of buildings on the new rules.
