ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF PROCESS AUTOMATION ON PRODUCTIVITY AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE OF LOGISTICS COMPANIES

Modern technologies enable automation of information processing and material flows in logistics systems. Automation strategies are used to increase productivity and economic performance of a logistics company, as well as the efficiency of internal processes of transportation, movement and storage, improve the quality of service and, consequently, increase competitiveness. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of process automation on productivity and economic performance of logistics companies.
