Abstract
The article examines the role of innovative HR systems based on artificial intelligence in ensuring legal employment and compliance with labor standards in the countries of the European Union. support for immigration policy. Attention is focused on legal compliance, risk management, requirements for transparency of algorithms and protection of workers' rights, in particular migrants. A comparative analysis of the main challenges and benefits of implementing such systems within the EU regulatory framework is provided.
