ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF REALIZATION OF POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN UKRAINE

Introduction. The article examines the current regulatory and legal acts, as well as individual existing projects that regulate the provision of post-war strategies of socio-economic development, as well as the mechanisms of their administrative and legal regulation to ensure management and control over the procedure for financing the relevant recovery programs. It is established that the existing trends in the management of public resources carry the risks of their ineffective use by the existing number of public bodies and institutions involved in this process.
