CIVIL LAW REGULATION OF PURCHASE AND SALE RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RENEWAL OF UKRAINE’S PRIVATE LAW

Introduction. The article examines the legal aspects of concluding and performing a sale and purchase contract which is defined as one of the most widespread civil law contracts according to the civil legislation of Ukraine. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to consider the main elements of a sale and purchase agreement, the procedure for its conclusion, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the peculiarities of fulfillment of contractual obligations in the context of modern market relations.
