NEGATIVE SYNERGY: A DETERMINANT MANIFESTATION IN THE PHENOMENON OF LEGAL INDIFFERENCE IN PUBLIC SPACE

The legal functioning of the state in the public space often faces problematic issues of sustainable development. Thus, the interaction of various determinants (social, economic, political) leads to an increase in legal nihilism and indifference to legal norms in societies, thereby influencing the trends of sustainable development. That is why special attention is paid to the role of constitutionality in relation to rights and obligations, the consequences of insufficient legal culture and a certain alienation of citizens from the legal system. In particular, the combination of low legal culture, ineffectiveness of the legal system, corruption, social apathy and lack of trust in the state leads to a deepening of legal indifference, manifested through negative synergy.
