SOME ASPECTS OF BASIC TERMINOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROTECTION

N the field of legal regulation of the national critical infrastructure protection system, significant progress has been observed for several years. So, in particular, as a result of complex theoretical discussions and a long law-making process, the Law of Ukraine “On Critical Infrastructure” was finally put into effect. On its basis, the necessary subordinate regulatory legal acts were adopted, which determine the procedure for classifying objects as critical infrastructure in general and in such a specific area as the banking system. The issue of the authorized body in the field of critical infrastructure protection has been resolved, albeit in a temporary format.
