Abstract
The introduction draws attention to the acquisition of fundamentally new features by the process of corporatization of entrepreneurial activity, one of the important subjects of which are agroholdings. However, any social process always has both positive and negative sides, a comprehensive assessment of which regarding the activities of agroholdings is still absent, despite individual works in this area.
