Abstract
The urgency of this research is predicated on the heightened occupational hazards at oil product retail enterprises, particularly at gasoline filling stations (GFS), which are significantly amplified under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The risks of fires, explosions, and other emergency situations pose a direct threat to the life and health of personnel and the functionality of critical infrastructure. Ensuring an adequate level of occupational safety and health and the oversight of compliance with legislative requirements at such facilities becomes a paramount task for the state and employers.
