Abstract
Information technology enables tourism and hospitality enterprises to continuously improve the quality of guest services by, among other things, improving (renovating) the number of rooms, solving transport problems, providing additional services after booking, and engaging large tour operators to organize various tours designed to make each guest's trip an unforgettable experience.
