Abstract
Based on computer modeling of the structure of a control device that allows to minimize the amplitude of the low-frequency oscillations stands, are caused by the presence of lifting and balancing long steel cables that should be considered as dynamic links with distributed parameters (mass and elasticity). For the mathematical description of the elastic vibrations used the identified transfer function is obtained for the transition of the product.
