TEST BENCH FOR TESTING HIGH-TORQUE ELECTRIC MACHINES

The rapid development of highly efficient and alternative methods of generating and using electric energy, as well as the increasing demand for its effective usage, led to the creation of new types of electric motors, including high-torque electric motors and generators, that operates on the principles of the transverse magnetic flux. This paper sets out the requirements of European regulations for the testing of the electrical machines. The functional diagram of the test bench and its description are presented. The test bench was specially developed for testing high-torque electrical machines.
