Abstract
Today, influenced by the progress of societies, its technological developments and the progress of artificial intelligence, countries have sought to use and benefit from it in various matters. Because the efficiency, speed and accuracy of artificial intelligence have made its use important in various matters. This efficiency has also prompted those involved in legal and judicial affairs to take appropriate measures in order to use artificial intelligence. Therefore, the present article attempts to study the ways of this influence by using the descriptive-analytical research method and analyzing legal documents, while analyzing the role and position of artificial intelligence in legal matters, especially the delay of proceedings. Therefore, the question raised in the article is how artificial intelligence can affect legal matters and the delay of proceedings? In response to this hypothesis, it is suggested that the impact of artificial intelligence on legal matters is positive and, considering characteristics such as speed, accuracy, skill and time reduction, it affects the delay of Darcy. The conclusion of the article also shows that today artificial intelligence and its application are in the legal orders of most countries, and this requires the establishment of appropriate laws and its proper management in legal matters.
