Abstract
Frank O’Hara, one of the post-modern poets, as well as his friends and po-ets John Ashbery, Barbara Guest and Kenneth Koch, is a representative of the co-called New York School of Poetry. The purpose of this article is to analyze O’Hara’s poem ‘Lana Turner’ from the structural point of view (which has been little done so far) and to study its philosophical expression in the poet’s aesthetics
