Number of tourists that have visited Bosnia and Herzegovina, specifically cities Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla, Bihac and Banja Luka, in the period of 2002 ? 2012, is presented in the paper and data for this period was statistically analyzed. By performing Correlation analysis on the set of data, findings reveal that there are strong correlations between the numbers of tourists visited Mostar, Tuzla, Bihac and Banja Luka. Moreover, there is a moderate correlation between the number of tourists for Sarajevo and Mostar. According to the results of Regression analysis, it is identified that the numbers of German and Italian tourists have negative influence on the total number of tourists while there is positive impact of the numbers of Slovenian and Turkish tourists on the total number of tourists. On the other hand, there is no significant influence of Croatian tourists on the total number of tourists visited Bosnia and Herzegovina. Identified findings may be useful for government and other administrative bodies to attract the tourists more and revise the conditions for the tourists from the other countries.
