Abstract
Investigated were the he reasons of changes in speed carbon oxidation and formation of specific features on a kinetic curve of a decarburizing process of a melt in a final period of a converting surveyed. Their relation to parameters of the expiration of an oxygen stream from lance nozzles for the top and bottom blast and other blast parameters was shown
