Determination of optimum terms machine parts mechanical treatment, according the criterion of the least production costs

Analytical dependence was received for determination of production costs with regard to the main changeable and the conditions for their decrease were determined. It was proved that there existed an extremum (minimum) of treatment production costs, depending on the cutting velocity and the ultimate values for the main parameters of treatment were designed, including productivity, tool’s strength, the number of tools, required for the treatment of a given lot of parts etc. Efficiency (from point of diminishing of production costs and increase of the productivity of treatment) of application of the cutting was displayed.
