Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of measurement of cognitive factors of economic growth. In the calculation of integral indexes within the system of "knowledge indicators" is proposed to use a combination of econometric and statistical methods: regression analysis and the construction of multidimensional average. The measurement and modeling of spatial heterogeneity of innovative economy based on panel data is proposed along with the comparison of dynamics of the integral indices.
