Abstract
The main directions of increase of productivity of work of the organizations are revealed in the article. Priority problems which cause the necessity of use of positive approach to management are: application of modern methods, resource-saving, increase of competitiveness of production, performance of obligations before the state and partners in business, growth of salary of the personnel and others.
