The article shows that the investment policy is to restore proper structural dynamics of the system. The main objective of the investment policy involves a qualitative transformation of the material-technical base of production, the intensification of reproduction of fixed assets and capital investments, improving product quality and reducing costs, and evaluation of the effectiveness of the corporate structure is based on the possibility of obtaining additional benefits from the merger.
