ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ СТРАТЕГИИ РАЗВИТИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИХ РЕСУРСОВ В ГК ?БАГИ?

The paper discusses different views on the category of "human resources". It is given the concept of "human resources development strategy". In the article the authors design human resources development strategy for the company, which produces products under the brand BAGI. The basis of the developed strategy is a comprehensive approach to training employees, implemented in the form of a non-linear (modular) circuit. We propose a training program consisting of five modules aimed at different categories of employees.
