Abstract

Study of peculiarities of formation of individual clinical phenotype of arterial hypotonia with failure in T-cell mediated immunity in patients with arterial hypotension in the structure of the vegetative nervous system vagal orientation of post-traumatic and infectious lesions of the Central nervous system. Materials and methods. Surveyed 164 patient with arterial hypotension. Performed clinical and neurological examination, blood pressure monitoring, dopplerographic examination, determining the status of primary, secondary, immunity and hormonal imbalances. Results. Severe impairment in T-cell immunity was accompanied by the insolvency functions of endocytosis of phagocytic cells, activation of the complement system with subsequent launch of immunopathological reactions of secondary type, with high levels of cortisol and thyroid hormones in the blood serum, can cause intense involution of immuncompetent organs, the destruction of the endothelium of blood vessels on a background of severe neurological symptoms, and the inclination to vasodilation of cerebral vessels and stress mechanisms of autoregulation of cerebral blood flow. Conclusions. The basis for the selection of individual strategies of adaptation that leads to the preservation of adequate cerebral blood flow, regardless of fluctuations in systemic blood pressure, is the interaction of the nervous, immune and endocrine systems at the level of the afferent and efferent links.
