СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ИНФЕКЦИОННЫЙ ЭНДОКАРДИТ НА УРБАНИЗИРОВАННОМ СЕВЕРЕ: КЛИНИКО-ДИАГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА

Objective: to study the characteristics of modern clinical course of infectious tion endocarditis on urbanized North. Method. Studied 74 cases reliable infective endocarditis. Age of patients averaged 30-49 years, including 52 men and 22 women. All the patients underwent the necessary diagnostic testing and blood testing for the presence of viral hepatitis and HIV infection. Result. Significant clinical and diagnostic differences of infective endocarditis of the left and right chambers of the heart. It is shown that the leading role in the etiology of right-sided infective endocarditis intravenous drug use plays, accompanied infection of patients with hepatitis C virus and HIV infection. Conclusion: the characteristic special features of infective endocarditis of the right heart chambers give reason to highlight it in a separate clinical form.
