Abstract
Satellite navigation technology which involves satellite ground station and user equipment to determine position around the world are now used across numerous civil and military application. GPS(USA), GLONASS (RUSSIA) are the global navigation satellite system which are operated together to provide more accurate and adequate position estimates. This paper discusses the development of software led for the extraction of messages from a high dynamic GPS+GLONASS receiver. The receiver is interfaced to 486 navigation processor via a 2-node 1553 bus that equips the navigation processor to act as either BC (Bus controller) or RT (Remote terminal) .When the processor extracts data from the receiver it acts as BC and the receiver acts as RT. Once data is received into the processor, it is sent to the outside world and in this case the processor is RT and the BC is the ground PC on which data is displayed.
