Main Directions of Criminal Law Protection of Information Security

In our work an attempt to formulate the basic requirements for the content of criminal law protection of public relations in the sphere of informatization is made. Information security is seen as an object of criminal law protection, which is a system of social relations in the implementation of the information needs of individuals, society and the state. The proposed substantive focus of improvement of legislation on criminal responsibility for crimes in the sphere of information technologies, and in the sphere of limited access to information, is justified by the widespread use of unreasonableness of criminal justice in the formation of an information resource. As a conclusion, the basic requirements for the content of criminal law protection of public relations in the field of information are given
