Abstract
The present article is devoted to adaptation of phenomenological paradigm to the problems of mathematical modeling bank loan operations. The result of the investigation is the system of synchronic models, which formalizes main phenomenological features of loan operations. These are influencing of profit, risk and security between each other, synchronic and dynamic character of this influencing. According to the plan of the author, this system should be the base of the new methodic for bank loan management.
