Abstract
The study deals with the lookback analysis of cardiovascular diseases and cardiovascular complications at patients older 18 with diabetes mellitus in the follow-up care group of municipal clinic in Nizhny Novgorod. The frequency rate of macro- and microvascular complications is determined as well as uncomplicated disease state of diabetes mellitus. The frequency rate of coronary heart disease, stable angina, postinfarction cardiosclerosis and lower ex-tremity artery atherosclerosis in the follow-up care group with diabetes mellitus is determined. Microvascular compli-cations of diabetes mellitus (frequency of neuropathy, retinopathy and nephropathy) and their structure is the same in the experimental groups.
