Abstract
This paper is to analyze about employees perception, attitude towards the work, motivation factors, training needs.Also to give opportunity for employees should participate decision- making process. This study was conducted among 100 employees in leather company, Vellore. Convenient sampling method was adopted for this survey. The well-structured questions were circulated to employees. Chi square, nova, &correlation statistical tools are applied and found hypothesis. There is a relationship between promotion opportunity and performance, experience with training opportunities, qualification with enthusiastic and satisfied work.
