Providing communicative operations of a state

Abstract
The article deals with a problem of providing the communicative operations of a state. It is proved that informational space is simpler for transformations as physical or virtual ones because they have sufficient informational component which pause transformations; informational component of any actions takes much time, resources, because they have efficient actions in a real space.
