ДЕЙСТВИЕ РЕКОМБИНАНТНОГО АЛЬФА-2 ИНТЕРФЕРОНА НА ВИРУС ГРИППА H1N1 (МОСКВА 2009): АКТИВНОСТЬ ГЕНОВ ВРОЖДЁННОГО И АДАПТИВНОГО

Background. The antiviral action of recombinant alpha-2 IFN (“Pharmapark”,Russia) was studied in experiments with influenza virus A H1N1 (Moscow 2009) in culture blood cells of human donors. Methods. The levels of gene expression was estimated by RT-PCR method in real time (CFX-96 ”Bio-Rad”). Production of IL1-beta and TNF-alpha cytokines was detected by Eliza-kits “ Vector-best” on Microplate reader ?Anthos 2010? using ADAP+ program (Biochrom, Great Britain). Influenza virus A (Moscow 2009) was prepared by PhD I.A. Rudneva (deparment “D.I. Ivanovsky Institute of Virology”).
