The article discusses the impact of university education on the formation of a social society. Use the methods of analysis for the study of the problem of university education in the documents, scientific and educational literature, the method of summarizing in defining the conceptual position and specification of the strategic guidelines of the university education. It was determined that universities should implement the decisions of the important ethical and scientific issues, as well as serve as an integrating element of the education system, forming a conceptual image of the future.
