Background. In this work action of drugs with immunomodulatory effect for indicators of a factor of local immune protection and a sytokins Il1, Il10, TNF was studied. Methods. instrumental (EFGDS), cytomorphological, polimerazny chain reaction, an indirect immunofluorescence, statistical. Result. Drugs with immunomodulatory effect produce positive action consisting in normalization of a balance of sytokins Il1, Il10, TNF and increase in a factor of local immune protection. Conclusion. Drugs with immunomodulatory effect at the patients having pathology of a gastroduodenal zone, a chronic trauma of the musculoskeletal device and phenomena of secondary immune insufficiency and can be recomended for this category of patients.
