ОСНОВНЫЕ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИЯ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНЫХ УСЛУГ В ЭЛЕКТРОННОЙ ФОРМЕ

The aim of this study was to disclose the essence of the category "provision of municipal services in electronic form". To achieve this goal, the main method was the analysis current legislation and works of legal scholars. The author also compared the existing legal norms and their interpretation by the academic community. The result of the study presented topics was a conclusion that a fully municipal services in electronic form is not available, and widely used in science the concept of "emunicipality" is not enshrined in law. The author reveals the trends of e-municipality in the provision of municipal services
