Abstract
The current classification of conflicts, their main features and drawbacks of necessity and the practical needs of effective regulation of the contradictions in the course of employment. Studied the main problems of defining the typology of conflicts for further analysis and resolution of conflict situations at the enterprise. Considered the convenience and expediency of the existing classifications of conflicts for use in the workplace. As a result of the major signs of conflict constructed classification of conflicts, which aims to facilitate the search of effective methods of management and regulation of conflicts, to become a key element of the system of conflict management in General.
