The Comparative analysis of the Ukrainian and French music of the late romanticism demonstrates the common cultural interaction features interpreted. Based upon the analysis of the opera and chamber-vocal art of the Ukrainian and French authors, image contents themes and tendencies of the music have been completed. At this point, the perspective meaning of the comparative analysis has been emphasized within the conditions of modern university.
