Abstract
New derivatives of coumarin were synthesized by the reaction of pyrazole or pyrazol-5-one derivatives with Salicylaldehyde and 4-Bromosalicylaldehyde in presence of few drops piperidine then cyclized to form coumarin derivatives. The new compounds were characterized by some spectroscopic methods (FT-IR spectroscopy,1H-NMR spectral,13CNMR spectroscopy and Mass spectra)
