Analysis of the correlation between the incomes of Vinnytsya region budget and GRP

In the article the economic substance of financial support for local self-government as a tool for social and economic development of communities is disclose. Correlation and regression relationship between incomes of Vinnytsia region’s budget and the dynamics of the GRP in 2004-2014 is analyzed. It was found that the impact of financial security in the sphere of production is interrelated and interdependent. The problem of regional financial state policy of Ukraine and a set of indicators to assess the level of economic development of local communities is considered. Ways of increasing financial independence and sufficiency local budgets are determined.
