THE PUBLIC EXPENDITURES BASING ECONOMICAL CLASSIFICATION IN TURKEY

Public spending is a kind of mirror of the public economic activities and public economy. This mirror doesn't reflect only public sector economy it is also an important indicator of basic functioning of a national economy. In this paper, public spending, which is one of the most significant tool of economic policy, is studied by economic classification method and also effects of public spending on real economy is analysed in various aspects, in between 1980-2011.
