FORECAST FACTORS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON RESULTS OF TREATMENT CANCER OF THE GULLET

The remote results of surgical and beam treatment of 166 patients with cancer of a gullet are presented. Inspection and treatment was carried out in the Ryazan regional clinical oncological clinic since May 1998 till May 2011. For an assessment of influence of this or that predictive factor on results of treatment the patientswere divided into some groups depending on type and nature of the carried-out treatment. The influence of some morphological characteristics of a remote macropreparation on the remote results of surgical treatment was estimated, and value of an anti-gene of a squamous carcinoma (SCCA) in forecasting of a cancer of a gulletwas also defined.
