Abstract
Influence L-arginine and N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester, and the activity of cathepsin B autoprotsessing thymus and spleen of rats is studied. These results demonstrate the activation of cathepsin B in conditions of nitric oxide synthesis deficiency that leads to increasing the fraction of active molecules. The activity of cathepsin B does not changeunder the action of L-arginine, thus the fraction of active molecules is deacreased, that demonstrates the formation of adaptive immunity modeling of nitric oxide synthesisin vitro.
