Abstract
The article represents analysis of results of diagnostics and surgical treatment in patients with Cushing syndrome. A mini-invasive adrenalectomy is gold standard in treatment of Cushing syndrome. Post-operative pain intensity is significantly lower in patients who undergo a mini-invasive procedure rather than those with thoracic-phrenico-lumbar access. Mini-invasive adrenalectomy allows for a 2- times shorter hospital stay.
