Abstract
The article presents the results of diagnostics and treatment of 46 patients with combined bone and vascular injuries of the lower extremities were in the departments of vascular surgery. Clinically combined bone and vascular damage was manifested in the form of deformation and pathological mobility of the extremity in the area of the fracture, bleeding in the presence of an open fracture or swelling with a closed fracture, limitation of motion in the affected limb and the clinic of acute arterial obstruction (n=46). Properly set clinical management of patients with combined bone and vascular damage allowed in 84.8% of cases to achieve good results.
