INFLUENCE CARDIOSELEKTIVEE BETA-BLOCKERS ON ENDOTHELIAL FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

The real research included 38 sick HOBL, complicated by formation of chronic pulmonary heart, 26 ? with decompensation, 12 ? with the compensated HLS. For 6 months patients as a part of complex therapy received nebivolole (Nebilet, the pharmaceutical company "Berlin Hemi AG", Germany) in a dose of 2,5-5 mg per day once in the morning, under control of FVD, ChSS, level of arterial pressure. During research it became clear that, nebivolole influences balance syntaze nitrogen oxide with restriction of activity indutsibel NO syntaze and blockade of the "avalanche" synthesis of nitrogen oxide, activation of endotelial isoform NO syntaze. In the light of it is possible to speak about corrective influence of a preparation on production of nitrogen oxide and, respectively, function improvement an endothelia against its reception, the most expressed in subgroup of decompensation HLC.
