Abstract
To estimate the state of the cardiovascular system of adult rats which were exposed to various stressors in the prenatal period, chronic unpredictable stress was simulated in pregnant Rattus Muridae from the 2nd to the 16th day of pregnancy. In 3-month offspring the arterial blood pressure and autoregulatory capacity of the coronary vessels were examined. Prenatal stress does not increase blood pressure in adult offspring, but contributes to the disorder of coronary vessels' tone regulation of the isolated heart of rats' mature offspring.
