Abstract

40 pregnant women are examined, of them the main group was made by 23 pregnant women with abundance of water, the control group was made by 17 pregnant women with the physiological course of pregnancy. The diagnosis abundance of water was made on the basis of clinical inspection, methods of functional diagnostics (ultrasonic diagnostics) and on a condition of a fruit. Some biochemical indicators at the time of delivery in mother's blood, in an umbilical blood, a placenta (maternal part) and amniotic liquid are studied. Results of researches showed an intensification of processes of the perex oxidation of lipids (POL) against easing of antioxidant properties of protection of an organism, accumulation of low-new aldehyde and decrease of the activity of a superoxsiddismutaza (SOD) and catalase that the mother-placenta-fruit testifies to existence of violations in system.
