Abstract
The conducted research allowed specifying simptomokompleks, characteristic for the course of a hemorrhagic stroke at patients of elderly and senile age. The available change of a cerebral blood-groove, hyper coagulation increase with age, and also existence of multiorgan pathology at this category of patients does necessary application of an integrated approach to treatment of a hemorrhagic stroke and its complications.
